Sydney BHA Annual General Meeting - 8 Nov 2008 |

This was held at Burwood RSL on 8 Nov 2008. Reports and Financial Statements were submitted and approved and the 2008/09 Committee of Management was elected, including our new and welcome secretary, Pamela Fitzpatrick. After these formalities the guest speaker, Mr Grant Ewer, the local Area Manager for Australian Hearing addressed the gathering, covering his enthusiasm for new technology in the acoustic field and his background in music, which led to his involvement in assistance to hearing impaired.
Finally Roger Peffer, as our popular Office Manager for over 14 years had announced his intention to retire from the end of 2008, he was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation and a beautiful hand-painted glass plate.
