BHA (Syd)'s annual open day was held successfully on Saturday 23 June. This is always one of our major fund-raising events but is also an opportunity to demonstrate our service work to the community at the Club Rooms at Concord. This year we were able to offer for sale Cakes and Biscuits, Jams and Pickles, White Elephant stall items, Books of all varieties, Plants, Craft Items etc. Morning Tea and a lunchtime sausage sizzle were available to members and public alike and were very popular. Members of the BHA National Executive were also in attendance this year and appreciated the opportunity to see our Branch in action.
